TakoMar® products are offered with bezels in three primary colors: white, chrome and matte black. Other electrostatic powder painting colors are also available upon request.

Glass or acrylic made lenses are non-reflective and come with anti-fog and scratch resistant treatment as standard. Domed or flat lens options are available.

Translucent LED illuminated dials are available in black and white as standard. Other colors and designs are available on demand.

All gauges are enhanced with full backlight and homogeneous LED illumination technology. TakoMar® range includes white, blue and red backlights as standard. Different colors and dimming option are available upon request.

All pointers have LED illumination in matching coated colors. Other colors are available on demand.

Shock resistant >PBT + 30%GF< made casing is non-ferrous, providing highest protection against salt corrosion and dust intrusion.

100mm gauges come with 10-pole locked-type TYCO 1534171 connectors, while 52mm instruments are enhanced with 6-pole NELTRON 2318HJ-06 connectors. All ready-to-plug connectors are supplied with 10cm marine wire.

Technological features deem electronic gauges superior to analogue versions in terms of accuracy and durability. TakoMar® electronic gauge range is designed to eliminate pointer bouncing defects or any needle problems caused by magnetic interference. Furthermore, the electronic board is treated with conformal coating to ensure protection against humidity and air-borne contaminants such as salt-spray, preventing corrosion.

A highly effective visual alarm indicator system is available for all 52mm gauges with blinking and constant operational functions. In addition, 100mm speedometer and tachograph gauges are able to host up to 4 supplementary warning lights as alternative.

The large 35 mm x 21 mm display of the speedometer and tachograph provides outstanding legibility and visibility. Adjustable monitoring functions for LCD are also available on the gauges.

The gauges’ front face is completely waterproofed and sealed in compliance with the IP67 standard.

In addition to the IP67 standard, the TakoMar® branded instruments come with a seal for mounting on the panel.

All TakoMar® branded instruments are compatible with both electronic and mechanical engines. CANBus Protocol support is available for 100mm speedometers and tachographs as standard. 52mm gauges can also be upgraded to CANBus upon request. All gauges are designed to operate on optional signal inputs of current, resistor, frequency, and voltage.

Easy plug-in system with compatible plastic bushing enables stress-free mounting and flexible installation.

All TakoMar® instruments run on 12V/24V and enable optimum integration with existing engine, sensors, signal inputs, also ensuring ultimate adaptation with available gauges on the dashboard.

The modular variety of the TakoMar® range offers unlimited flexibility for boat and yacht builders. The products are also available as aftermarket and preferred widely by boatowners.
